I had wanted to reblog this very useful information on notifying the tax office, but the site doesn’t seem to have the reblog option, so I am just gonna paste the link in this post.
Both my Australian friend and myself have done it at our city hall and ward office respectively and we’ve verified that the process is as the author says i.e. the staff will stamp the copies and it’ll be over so quickly, it’ll feel like you didn’t get anything done.
