Thank you for writing in. I’m actually kind of curious about whether you tried searching for the answer online before arriving at the decision to ask me because I simply typed “criminal records singapore” into Google search and got a list of answers here, here, and here. Doesn’t matter one is a Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) page for the Singapore Embassy in Phnom Penh, and the other is an MFA page for the Consulate-General in Johor Bahru (JB). They all lead you to the same place. But I suggest you refer to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) page (first link) which contains more details.
