Today, I saw on Japanese TV introducing “Singapore-style” dishes, among which was an open-end gyoza (dumpling), which I’ve never seen before.
In the past, I would go “what a load of crap, that ain’t Singapore-style!” But having been here for over 7 years now, I’m gradually losing confidence in my knowledge of Singapore.
Now, I would go, “Is that new?”
Haha. Nope. China street snacks i guess.
Ok, that means I still know my Singapore food.
