When buying medicine, you may see the bottles indicating the temperature at which they should be stored. On some bottles, it says 室温保存 (literally “room temperature”) and some 常温保存 (literally “normal temperature”). While these two terms may appear the same, there is actually a difference.
室温 refers to 1-30 degree Celsius, while 常温 refers to 15-25 degree Celsius. Storing medicine at the incorrect temperature can affect its effects so now you know how to store your medication.
