The must see sights of Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Kanazawa & Kyoto.

This tour begins in Osaka, following a route of mountainous interior through the coastal regions of Honshu, then finishes in Tokyo. You'll get the opportunity to observe a kimono fashion show and enjoy a green tea ceremony with an apprentice geisha (maiko) . Stay at a onsen hotel (Japanese style room) where you can enjoy dinner and unwind in the hot springs (onsen).

Our private guides and drivers will take you to visit the ancient capital of Nara, where we visit Todaiji Temple, the largest wooden building in Japan. In Nara Park, you can see over 1000 Sika deer roam free. Spend two days in the ancient city of Kyoto, where you will have access to the city's gardens, temples, shrines, and specialty shops. Visit Arashiyama, the outskirt of Kyoto, famous for its bamboo forest.

You'll also have a chance to visit the beautiful, but often overlooked, city of Kanazawa. Here, you'll visit Kenrokuen Garden (one of Japan's top three gardens). Then, head on to Shirakawa-go and Takayama, located amongst the Japanese Alps. Due to their remote location, these places are beautifully preserved and have developed their own culture, unique from the rest of Japan. Visit the dramatic Black Crow Castle (Matsumoto Castle), one of Japan's original castles.

See how impressive mother nature is at Mt Fuji and Hakone. Then, end your trip with a comprehensive tour of Tokyo. Visit Tokyo's cultural landmarks, fashionable neighborhoods and diverse shopping districts. Learn how to make your own sushi with a professional sushi chef and savor your delicious creations. Explore attractions like the bustling streets of Shibuya, Asakusa district with an atmosphere of old Tokyo, Japan's largest and busiest fish market, drive by the historical Imperial Palace, and take in the view from the record-breaking Tokyo Skytree’s main observation deck.

This tour will let you travel through time and experience the culture, traditions, and architecture that are uniquely Japanese.
