Please note that AJT reserves the right to accept and cancel reservations for travelers who join escorted groups at our discretion. All Japan Tours will make every attempt to balance the group with the best interests of all travelers in mind. In the case where our team anticipates potentially unproductive results or negative outcomes to the fellow travelers or the tour due to disruptions by another fellow traveler, All Japan Tours reserves the rights to cancel reservation of the disruptive traveler. As such, the client will be held responsible for any penalties incurred.
Customers shall not be allowed to claim for any indemnity if cancellation is caused by the forces of nature or for any reason relating to the traveler's safety. Some modifications to original itineraries may be possible, but are left to the discretion of AJT. If an agent or supplier refuses or is unable to facilitate a request for an itinerary change, the above cancellation policy is in effect.
Civil or religious celebrations, strikes and demonstrations in visited countries are likely to cause modifications in the tours or visits for which the organizer should not be held liable. The agent and tour provider shall not be held liable for any loss damage or theft of personal belongings or luggage, and customers' repatriation in case of serious illness, death or accident. Travelers should purchase travel insurance before traveling abroad.
Twin share accommodation is based on twin or double-bedded rooms, which is allocated by the hotel. It is normal hotel practice to supply triple accommodation on the basis of a twin or double bed plus a roll-away bed. Single room accommodation must be reserved by people travelling alone and is subject to the payment of the applicable single supplement. While All Japan Tours makes every effort to ensure accuracy in hotel information and descriptions, we are reliant on hotels giving us accurate details. Since hotels are constantly changing facilities and services, we cannot be liable for any errors or omissions. If any feature is of critical importance to your vacation, it is the passenger's responsibility to ask All Japan Tours to check whether those features will be available at the time of occupancy at the given hotel.
Hotel accommodation in Japan is generally of a Tourist Class standard or better, and all rooms have private facilities with the exception of customized tours generally in the countryside.
If during peak holiday periods we are unable to confirm the hotel specified, you will be assigned a hotel of a similar standard as mentioned on our general package itineraries.
Our local operator in Japan determines the daily activities of each tour, appoints the various guides and organizes accommodation in Japan. The time spent in each city is naturally dependent on your time of arrival and departure. Our local operator in Japan makes reservations for internal travel. If delays, alterations, weather or technical problems occur, this may result in less time being spent at your next destination and rail travel being substituted. Traffic conditions that results from traffic accidents, weather conditions, or other traffic issues that are out of All Japan Tours' control will not hold the company responsible for schedule delays.
All Japan Tour (AJT) does not accept any liability for failure on the part of the transportation companies whose responsibility is confined to his or her own operations. AJT reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the itineraries. AJT, or its Associate/s whilst taking every care with the passenger's luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handing thereof. The transportation companies shall be exempt of any liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however or whosoever caused and whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies or firms. The passage contracts in use by the transport companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transport companies or firms and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
Each person must carry a valid passport. Visas are the responsibility of the traveler, we urge you to check with all relevant consulates and/or embassies prior to travel.
