As lifetime employment decreases in Japan, major players of each industry have begun actively hiring not just fresh graduates but also job hunters seeking mid-career change.

Below is the list of the top 30 companies people want to job hop to according to data from DODA, a recruitment company for mid-career job seekers, surveying 5,161 white collar workers age 22 to 39 years old done between March 20 to March 26, 2015.
