Option 1: Easiest but most expensive solution: Neither, tailor a shirt that fits well.
Option 2: Change the shirt to suit your body; get L and alter it to fit better
Option 3: Change your body to suit the shirt; EAT MORE and fill up the L, lol.
Option 4: Try different brands until you find one with cutting that has longer sleeves and slimmer body.
Come to think about it, actually slim cut shirts should do the trick. Shop more!
